Fell in love with an extremely arrogant man?

We're both working in space industry. I'm a newbie, and he's 4 years older than me. I'm 21.



That man seems rather stoic and distant, although also proud and arrogant. He thinks he always has the interests of the whole organization in mind and never acts out of impulse, and has little patience for the impertinent. To this end, he often clashes verbally with other people on the same level as him.



But after attending LOTS of out-of-work events and business trips with him I've come to realize that it's just his exterior, and it feels as if when he accidentally lets his guard down, he exposes his softer and more vulnerable side in contrast to his usual behaviour.

He can be very friendly when not at work, and I wonder how come no one's noticed it...



I think I'm starting to like him.. How to make such a man fall for you in return? I don't need any sneaky methords, jsut maybe some advice.Fell in love with an extremely arrogant man?
