There is this boy in my year at high school and we used to go out.

Then he kept spreading rumours that he loved someone else - i got paranoid and he dumped me and was really mean. We've both grown up since then and i still love him! How do i make him love me back?

Well, this is going to be tough. So, I wouldn't go into this with that intention at first. Regain his friendship first. Have you made sure that he is single? And also, know that he will still have flaws. Don't let yourself get caught in idealizing him. You cannot make someone love you ever. He will fall for you as you are now or not.
